METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card

We accept only MasterCard or Visa.

SHIPPING

Freight charges will be added to invoice.

Shipping will be F.O.B. from Kansas City or our Buffalo, MO warehouse unless it is a factory direct shipment.

When orders require a combination factory direct shipment as well as a Kansas City or Buffalo warehouse shipment they will be shipped and billed separately

FACTORY DIRECT SHIPMENT

All shipments will be UPS unless the weight of a shipment exceeds 70 pounds or a girth/length of 130". Shipments that exceed size maximums will be shipped common carrier. We will choose the most economical method. Ozark Store Fixtures does not set or control shipping rates to locations.

Unless other arrangements have been made, all common carrier shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

RETURNS

No merchandise should be returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Custom orders are not returnable.

A restocking fee may apply to all orders.

DAMAGED AND LOST MERCHANDISE

Any damaged package must be reported to the UPS or common carrier by the receiver. An inspection by a representative of the shipping company may be required. A damage inspection report is prepared and the shipper of record is contacted with the results of the inspection. If approved for payment, a damage claim number is issued.

If concealed damage is found, keep the carton and call the carrier immediately for an inspection report. DO NOT REFUSE OR RETURN GOODS TO US. While we will be more than happy to assist you anyway we can, we cannot file the claim, that is the recipient's responsibility.

If a package is lost, the shipper may request a package tracer. A tracer must be requested within nine months of a package's scheduled delivery date. The purpose of the tracer is to provide proof of delivery. if UPS or common carrier is unable to prove delivery, a claim number for loss is issued.

BACK ORDERS

If we are out of stock, we will back order the merchandise and ship at a later date unless you request otherwise.

PRICING

Ozark Store Fixtures reserves the right to adjust shown catalog prices to compensate for supplier increases or misprints.
